WIN two tickets to the annual Soho Food Feast!
We're proud to be back supporting on the 6th and 7th of June, joining some of Soho's finest restaurants and chefs to raise money for Soho Parish Primary School. As always, we'll be serving Scottish bavette with mushroom sauce.
Tickets include entry to either 6th or 7th of June and a steak each on us. To enter, simply tag a friend below.

Inspired by Bobcat, a famous burger joint in Santa Fe, New Mexico, our Green Chilli Cheeseburger is made with just the essentials: two beef patties from the Flat Iron herd in Thirsk, Yorkshire, melted Gouda cheese, fresh green chillies, crunchy shredded lettuce, sliced pickles, and homemade smoked chilli mayo - the perfect balance of heat and smokiness.

London - save the date!
On Tuesday, 12 May the Carcass Club will be heading to London Bridge for a very special evening.
We will be serving an F2 Wagyu steer from our own herd in Thirsk, aged for 41 days on the bone. Usually, we only age for 21-30 days, so this is a first for us. The extra time ageing should result in more efficient browning, flavour development and nutty sweetness. Every day is a school day for us - we can’t wait to share the results of this test with you.
What: 41 Day Aged Wagyu from the herd + generous portion of beef dripping chips and sauce Choron - £20pp

Cut from the eye of the rib, ribeye is naturally well marbled with a seam of fat through the centre, resulting in a tender, juicy, and beefy steak.

Dinner service at Flat Iron Victoria.
Set just opposite Victoria Station, the restaurant is within walking distance of some of London's most historic landmarks. Originally designed to house shops above the tube station, its character is inspired by its past through the use of reclaimed mahogany fire station doors, semi-circular windows and tiling by H&E Smith, makers for the London Underground.

If travelling by public transport, the closest stations to James Street are Bond Street and Oxford Circus which are served by various Underground lines including the Bakerloo, Central, and Victoria lines. From either of these stations, it's a short walk to James Street.
If driving or parking, there are several pay-and-display car parks in the vicinity such as Cavendish Square Car Park and Q-Park Oxford Street. It's worth checking availability in advance as parking in this area can be limited. There are also several bus routes that serve James Street for those who prefer to travel by bus.
