Whisht. Announcement.
Thank you to all our loyal customers, friends & lovers for visiting us at Pop Brixton over the past 10 months and for everyone's help along the way. Our time here, unfortunately, is coming to an end.
Do not fear though, Whisht is still alive.
We will be taking a few months off to further develop our sandwiches. Then we'll be popping up all over the show to feed you soon.

Christmas Belfast Bap 🎄🎄
Belfast bap filled with Turkey Roulade, Serrano ham and cranberry stuffing, sprout slaw and gravy mayo.
Added hot sauce on it too cus it's class.
Modelled by the gorgeous and inspired by santa himself 🎅
This sold out on its opening weekend so be sure to come and try it!

We have some exciting news! 🎉

Whisht will be popping up on home turf to feed the lovely people at Belfast Christmas Market this year!
Super happy to get a spot and working hard to get everything ready in time as it starts next Saturday 20th November running right through to 23rd December. Big thanks to & for their help in making it happen and everyone else, you know who you are.
Can't wait to see all friends and family and lots of new faces too!
If you know anyone looking a bit of work on the run up to Christmas, let me know as we'll need some hands to help.
We'll be trying our best to keep the kiosk in Pop Brixton running full time but it's been very difficult to get staff sorted so let's see how it goes.
