This World Cocktail Day, Bacchanalia invites guests to discover Apollo’s Martini, a signature cocktail inspired by the olive, one of the most iconic ingredients of Ancient Rome and Greece.

Crafted with Bacchanalia Gin, olive leaf distillate, olive oil-washed gin, lemon, mint, rosemary, and a delicate olive essence, the martini captures the depth and elegance of the Mediterranean through every element of the serve.

Presented tableside at -22°C in individually handmade Murano glass from Venice, each martini is poured directly into the frozen glass for a pure and elegant presentation. Accompanying the serve is a curated selection of Nocellara, Kalamata, and grilled domat olives, chosen to showcase contrasting textures and flavour profiles.

An elevated martini experience, designed with precision and detail in every pour.
