Inspired from Rome the first time we went years ago and again last weekend, this simple but bloody delicious plate is served in most trattoria’s you go to.
Anchovies, salted butter and crostini and rarely comes off the Trullo menu.

What a wonderful weekend cooking with the gang at and thank you to all who came to our feast.
reminds me of a wonderful agroturismo you might find in Tuscany or Emilia-Romagna except it’s in the depths of rural Devon!
Olive and Hugo, you have created something truly special and I’m in awe of what you do.

There are some Bobby dazzlers in the class of 2022 and we’ll hopefully get our delivery at Trullo by the end of the month.

The weather is defo calling for this Trullo classic that’s in the cookbook - Tagliatelle of smoked eel, lemon, cream and parsley.
Give the recipe a whirl, it’s super easy to follow and so good!
(We sometimes pimp it up with some crispy pancetta sprinkled over at the end 🤫)

We know the kids have just gone back to school but the party season is on the horizon and epic long lunches don’t organise themselves and we only have limited availability for our private hire menus.
We can do group sizes between 12-35 peeps (lunches only).
Get on it before someone else does, you won’t regret it.
