Introducing: The Daging Masak Hitam Burger 🍔🖤🔥

🍔 's slow-cooked short rib, glazed in a deep black sauce of a myriad of spices and her signature spice paste, layered over our dry-aged Bleecker patty with American cheese, finished with a fermented green tomato relish and stacked in our sesame seed bun.
🍟 And don't sleep on the Curry Butter Fries - crispy fries smothered in rich curry butter, fried curry leaf, pickled green chilli and caramelised shallots. Crunch, heat, sweetness and that buttery hit of curry. A side in name only, these might just steal the show. 🤤😍

Our shakes are made in-house, with just milk, our own soft-serve ice cream and your chosen flavour…🥤
But that soft-serve? It took 3 months to perfect - developed in a freezing cold Hackney Wick warehouse (now turned into flats). Hundreds of versions, one final recipe. We launched it back in 2015 when we opened Spitalfields, and it’s been the base of every Bleecker shake since.

We're kicking off the countdown to our next one-night-only collaboration, and this one's special.
On Wednesday 1st July, we're handing over the kitchen to for one night only. Her restaurant , now based in Clapton, is one of the most celebrated - Michelin Bib Gourmand, Time Out's #1 restaurant in London, and Condé Nast Traveller's top new restaurant.

To get to the burger restaurant at Westfield in London, there are different options available depending on your preferred mode of transportation.
If you are using public transport, you can take the tube and get off at Shepherd's Bush Station or White City Station. From there, follow signs to Westfield Shopping Centre, and you should be able to find the burger restaurant within the complex.
Alternatively, if you prefer to drive, you can access the Westfield car park via Ariel Way. The car park has several levels, and you can park on any of them. Once you have parked your car, head towards the shopping area and look for signs pointing towards the restaurant.
Please note that these directions are general and may apply to other places within Westfield Shopping Centre.
