A dream cake for any Oreo lover 🍫🖤
This is my four layer, 8 inch Oreo chocolate drip cake - and it’s every bit as indulgent and delicious as it looks.
Four layers of soft, rich chocolate sponge are filled generously with the most delicious Oreo buttercream, packed with real Oreos. The same Oreo buttercream is used around the outside of the cake too, creating a beautifully creamy finish.
The cake is then topped with a luxurious chocolate ganache drip made using high quality Swiss chocolate, giving it that deep, rich chocolate flavour that melts in your mouth.
To finish it off, I pipe swirls of my signature chocolate buttercream made even more irresistible with melted chocolate folded through it, and crown the cake with whole Oreos on top.
The result? A seriously indulgent cake that’s rich, creamy, chocolatey and absolutely packed with Oreo goodness in every bite.

A little cake appreciation post from the weekend 🍰✨
Thank you so much to everyone who messaged and purchased slices of my freshly baked vanilla & strawberry sprinkle birthday cake last week. Your support honestly means so much and I’m really grateful to everyone who grabbed a slice before they sold out 💓
This cake was four beautiful layers of soft vanilla sponge, filled with strawberry and silky vanilla buttercream, and finished with sprinkles on top. The sponge is incredibly light, fluffy, moist and full of flavour… the kind of cake that melts in your mouth and keeps you coming back for another bite. My goal with every cake I bake is that it’s never dry and always made with quality ingredients you can genuinely taste.
I also wanted to show something helpful in these photos for anyone ordering round celebration cakes from me.
Instead of cutting the traditional triangle slices, I often recommend cutting round cakes into strips first and then into squares like you see here. This way you can get many more servings out of one cake, which is perfect for parties, gatherings or birthdays where you want everyone to have a piece.

Hello everyone! Happy Saturday 😀
It’s been a little while since I last posted, so I just wanted to say a proper hello & thank you to everyone who is still here, still supporting, and still loving my cakes. I haven’t stopped baking, I simply took a short break - and I’m so happy to say that I’m back in the kitchen doing what I love most.
Due to customer demand (and because so many of you told me how much you missed them), I am now once again offering cakes made with egg & dairy, alongside my vegan & free from options. I’m really pleased to now cater to everyone, so whatever your preference, I’ve got you covered.

This morning I freshly baked a beautiful four layer vanilla & strawberry sprinkle birthday cake. It’s light, fluffy, incredibly moist (my cakes are never dry), and full of real flavour - made using Nielsen-Massey vanilla bean paste & other highquality ingredients that you can truly taste in every bite.
