Founded by The Colonel, KFC is renowned for their world-famous fried chicken which is made using the Hard Way technique. KFC is also one of the biggest youth employers in the country and has partnered with UK Youth to develop Hatch, a program designed to train up young talent for the world of work. Enter UK Youth. They’ve been a legendary partner in developing Hatch with us - a programme designed to train up young talent for the world of work. The goal is to make sure *anyone* can be confident starting their career no matter what barriers they’ve faced.

Our first 80-strong flock of young talent have just flown the coop after 8 weeks of learning and doing. But this cohort is only the first of bucketloads to come. Watch this space: by 2030, we want a third of our UK workforce to be home-grown through Hatch.
