TOASTIE TAKEOVER. WEEK THREE: BLACK BEAR BURGER 🥪
Week three welcomes cult London burger restaurant with their irresistible Patty Melt Sando. Think dry-aged beef, melted cheese and mac sauce, served in beef fat toast and finished with a smoked bacon crumb and fresh pickles.
Available from Monday 26th–Saturday 31st October, from 12pm, with just 25 toasties available each day.

TOASTIE TAKEOVER. WEEK TWO: RAMBUTAN 🥪
Next up in our Toastie Takeover is with their Rambutan Toastie, made with Ogleshield cheese from , seeni sambol (a dark, sticky, fiery-sweet Sri Lankan onion jam) and topped with a fried egg. Inspired by founder .uma’s heritage and the seeni sambol burger once served at McDonald’s in Sri Lanka.
Available Monday 19th–Saturday 24th October, with just 25 toasties each day.

Kitty has been part of the team for over four years, starting as a bartender before working her way up to Bar Manager and now General Manager.

Thanksgiving at The George 🍁
Celebrate Thanksgiving with us on Thursday 26th November with a traditional three-course feast, served family style to share.
Start with a welcome wh***ey cocktail and snacks, followed by Roast Turkey Crown, Slow-Roast Short Ribs and all the trimmings, before Pecan Pie and Oreo Cheesecake to finish.

This year, we’re hosting our first ever Halloween party at The George, with live music from Keith O’Reilly and a DJ from 7pm until late, alongside Halloween cocktail specials.

Festive events at The George ✨
Our festive event bookings are now open for groups of 8 or more, with a range of spaces available across the pub for Christmas parties, festive drinks and seasonal dinners.
Festive bookings are available from 16th November onwards for groups and events, with general pub bookings for smaller tables opening later in the season.

If you are looking to travel to the George Public House at Great Portland Street in London, there are a few options available to you.
