Hot sauce makes everything taste better, Shedletskys hot sauces have been hand-made to be extra delicious.
Shedletsky makes hot sauces, kimchi, pickles, and sauerkraut from their East London base. They are committed to creating delicious pantry staples, using classic techniques with fresh ingredients.
Feeding people runs in the Shedletsky family, founder James’ great grandfather, Sam Shedletsky, used to supply London’s East End from his kosher butcher. One hundred years later, James founded Shedletsky’s after getting hooked on pickling and fermenting; and named the business in honour of his great grandfather’s butchers’ shop.
You now can find their delicious hot sauces on our shelves.

Something for the cheese board
Stichelton is a raw milk traditional English blue cheese made on the Welbeck Estate in Nottinghamshire by Joe Schneider.
A pronounced juicy acidity and toasty, biscuity notes are the hallmarks of Stichelton, though the range of flavours this characterful raw milk blue can exhibit is extraordinary: from crisp green apple right through to brothy umami.
Absolutely delicious

The aim of sourcing and roasting consistently high-quality coffee whilst ensuring that it is accessible to as many people as possible was a conversation that would eventually lead to Coborn being founded by Kenny and Justin in an East London pub on Coborn Road.
Leona coffee is produced by Luz Helena Salazar, who we have sourced several coffees from over the past 18months. This washed Caturra (Leona) is a juicy easy drinker that we recommend as filter.
Las Hortensias and Finca Bethania are farms we have worked with since the inception of Coborn. Both farms have been managed by sisters Martha and Ana since 2013, when they inherited them from their father. At the time, the farms were mostly planted with Catimor, chosen for its high yields. The sisters shifted the focus toward quality and gradually replanted with varieties like Catuai, Parainema, Maracaturra, Gesha, and Java. Ana and Martha are also responsible for Cafetos de Segovia

Krasna Hora is a family-run winery boasting seven hectares of organic vineyards in the historic region of Moravia, near the Austrian border. The region, which sits at the same latitude as Alsace and the Mosel, boasts a winemaking tradition dating to the 13th century when French monks planted the first vines.
Krásná Hora’s Herr Gewürtz is a skin-contact, deep orange in colour with a bit of spice, exotic fruit character with a gentle earl grey tea-like tannins on the palate.
This 100% Pinot Noir, whole bunch pressed, and spontaneously fermented, full of juicy, red fruit, summer berries, and a wild, carefree character.
