It wouldn’t be Mexican Independence Day without Pozole 🇲🇽
Hitting our menu on Friday 11th September for our Día de la Independencia Fiesta 💃🏽
Fellow Mexicans, you know what it’s all about.
London friends - Pozole is a super traditional Mexican soup made from hominy cooked with meat in a rich broth. It’s an absolute must-have over Mexican Independence Day.
This year we have Pozole Rojo cooked with tender pork, topped with shredded lettuce, red onion, sliced radish and avocado, finished with oregano. Served with crunchy tostadas drizzled with sour cream and topped with feta.
Join us for live Mariachi, Pozole, margaritas and dancing into the night on Friday 11th September, and help us celebrate our independence in true Mexican style 🇲🇽🎉

Flatuas de Barbacoa with a tangy avocado salsa that we just can’t get enough of 🥑
Allow us to introduce our brunch special for August:
Lamb Barbacoa is traditionally cooked in Mexico in underground ovens, wrapped in banana leaf to keep all those delicious juices inside
Our slow cooked Barbacoa is as close as we can get to the original, above ground - and it’s ridiculously tender 🤤
The lamb is broken up and rolled inside individual corn tortillas before frying until crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. These flautas are served with Mauricio’s tangy avocado-coriander salsa, topped with picked onion and feta, topped with micro coriander.
Then, we add a dish of sour cream on the side to add yet another layer of flavour (and even more dipping pleasure)
