It wouldnโt be Mexican Independence Day without Pozole ๐ฒ๐ฝ
Hitting our menu on Friday 11th September for our Dรญa de la Independencia Fiesta ๐๐ฝ
Fellow Mexicans, you know what itโs all about.
London friends - Pozole is a super traditional Mexican soup made from hominy cooked with meat in a rich broth. Itโs an absolute must-have over Mexican Independence Day.
This year we have Pozole Rojo cooked with tender pork, topped with shredded lettuce, red onion, sliced radish and avocado, finished with oregano. Served with crunchy tostadas drizzled with sour cream and topped with feta.
Join us for live Mariachi, Pozole, margaritas and dancing into the night on Friday 11th September, and help us celebrate our independence in true Mexican style ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐
