KFC KFC, also known as Kentucky Fried Chicken, is a fast food and chicken restaurant located on Lea Bridge Road. They are famously known for being the purveyors of the world's best chicken and have been founded by The Colonel himself, who was a firm believer in doing things in "The Hard Way". KFC has also made significant strides in youth employment through their Hatch programme. Their menu includes classic fried chicken, burgers, sandwiches, and sides like mashed potatoes and gravy.

Enter UK Youth. They’ve been a legendary partner in developing Hatch with us - a programme designed to train up young talent for the world of work. The goal is to make sure *anyone* can be confident starting their career no matter what barriers they’ve faced.

Our first 80-strong flock of young talent have just flown the coop after 8 weeks of learning and doing. But this cohort is only the first of bucketloads to come. Watch this space: by 2030, we want a third of our UK workforce to be home-grown through Hatch.
