One of Michi's latest creations. You can do it at home!
First prepare the rock glass with ice, add in the shaker 50 ml of grapefruit juice ( I have pre mixed one) - alternatively you can use 30 ml grapefruit, 10 ml lime juice, 10 ml sugar syrup - 50 ml limoncello cream, 50 ml white rum. Add 2 drops of angostura bitters, then shake hard for about 30 seconds, double strain into your previously made rock glass, and top it up with an orange slice.
This creamy coktail is super easy, with a few ingredients, super tasty and refreshing! Ideal as an after meal drink as it's citrusy but yet sweet 😋
Soon on our cocktail menu!
Let us know in the comments if you would try it! Ciaoo

Curios that the main ingredienti for a proper Margherita pizza are the same as our Tricolore🇮🇹?
Not at all.
Back in 1889, King Umberto I and Queen Margherita of Savoy took a trip to Naples. The legend goes that when Queen Margherita visited Naples, pizza maker Raffaele Esposito made a pie in the colors of the Italian flag to honor her presence in the city. The pizza came at the queen's request – she allegedly wanted to try something she'd never eaten before, so Esposito made three different pizzas to oblige.
The first two, one with garlic and one with anchovies, did not satisfy Queen Margherita. But she loved the third, prompting Esposito to name it after her.
The rest, as they say, is HISTORY.

Just a little fun fact😁

Remember when as kids we used to play with play-doh and make fantastic bakery products with our imagination?
Well, for some people, passion and creativity never come to an end. They grow up and thanks to their unbeatable determination, we can explore the pleasure of an explosion of flavours combined to beauty and joy. The process of making pizza is ART and as any form of art, we can just sit there, look at the artist producing and enjoy the masterpiece.
Pizza is not only art, is Magic.

Contrary to popular belief, pepperoni was not invented in Italy. It was actually created by Italian immigrants in New York City in the early 1900s. No wonder it’s America’s most popular pizza topping! Believe it or not, pepperoni is the Italian word for bell pepper, so keep that in mind if you’re considering ordering a pepperoni pizza in Italy (although, if you’re in a popular tourist definition, such as Rome, they will most likely know what you want).
The Secret Origin of Pepperoni…
We weren’t lying when we said pepperoni was invented in the United States. However, it was invented by Italian-Americans, and you can actually trace its lineage all the way back to the early days of the Roman Empire!
People have been drying and smoking meats for centuries, even long before the era of the Roman Empire.
The first recorded mention of pepperoni occurred in 1919 in New York City. The topping began to appear in several Italian delis and pizzerias across Lower Manhattan. At the time, people considered pepperoni as an ethnic Italian dish. It wasn’t until the 1950s, the commercialization of gas pizza ovens, and the aftermath of World War II that both pizza and pepperoni became a cultural touchstone.

Indeed our PEPPERONI PIZZA is the most loved from our costumers!! And we'd like to say.. OF COURSE it is. Greasy, saucy and spicy, ideally to cheer you up on your lowest days!! How can you say no to this Masterpiece😍😍😍🤪🤪🤪

The restaurant offers a wide range of delicious pizzas, including the classic Margherita, which was invented in 1889 by pizzaiolo Raffaele Esposito to honor the Queen of Italy. On Valentine's Day, Klementino's PIZZA reminded us that we don't need another person to be happy; all we need is a big delicious pizza on our own. And if you're looking for something different than pizza, their delightful fried dough is a must-try.
