Today I had a serious craving for Trinbagonian Chinese-style beef & mushrooms! 🇹🇹🥢🔥
I remember going to the Chinese restaurant on the Main Road in El Socorro, San Juan, and I absolutely loved buying their Chinese-style beef in oyster sauce. 🤤 That flavour was something else!
The craving hit me today, so I said… why not make it myself?
So here we go — Trinbagonian Chinese-style beef & mushrooms, bringing back those sweet memories of home. 🇹🇹❤️
