🇬🇧More Vegan pizzas please..🍕🌱
*The Fishz n Chips* pizza its my last creation.. I wanted to express my love for England with this collaboration pizza with my mate from long time chef who makes the 48 hours fermented dough for the base, that alone it's worth the ticket and it's happening in my mother land, Italy..
Only top producs with cod fish, mozzarella topped with black Taggiasche black olives, fries and a good sprinkle of parsley.. you just need to try to understand how good it is..You see? I can't stop.. I love too much this world and being plant based requires to push to find always the best combo and flavor gradients..
I'm not using much mock meat lately I'm a bit more looking to use only plants but it's good to mix it up..
You can try this at at San Benedetto del Tronto, near my town Ascoli Piceno, of course Italy 🇮🇹 😀
Looking forward of spreading more compassionate way of cooking.. stay tuned 😉

Why do you have to call it "Lamb" if you are Vegan?
Well this is one of the most asked questions I receive from many of my meat eating friends and courios!!
Well it's a matter of content not labels..
I call it "Lamb" for convenience, I could call it Mario tbh but would be very difficult to explain what I'm trying to recreate and cook avoiding the needless suffering and cruelty towards the innocent sentient Lambs sacrificed only for our taste buds.
I made this Vegan Lamb with potatoes using jackfruit so nobody die in the process 🌱
you know the motto.
Make the connection and focus on the problem rather than the label (name) and ideally go vegan!! 😉
I'd love to put this recipe on my cookbook along with spaghetti alle "Vongole" and other traditional modern Italian classics.
Have a blessed day
Cristiano
Peace ✌🏽

What people say
Vegetarian and vegan restaurants have been gaining popularity in recent years, and for good reason. These establishments offer delicious plant-based options that are not only healthy but also environmentally friendly. One such restaurant that stands out is PickyWops, located in the vibrant Brick Lane area of London.
PickyWops is a vegetarian and vegan pizza place that offers a wide range of mouth-watering pizzas made with fresh ingredients. What sets them apart from other pizza places is their unique toppings, such as their jackfruit "lamb" and potatoes pizza, which is a vegan take on a classic Italian dish. The restaurant also collaborates with other vegan establishments like Mooshies to bring customers even more delicious options.
Aside from their pizzas, PickyWops also serves traditional Italian dishes like Carbonara pasta and tiramisu, all made with plant-based ingredients. Their menu caters to all tastes and preferences, making it an ideal spot for both vegans and non-vegans alike.
The atmosphere at PickyWops is cozy and welcoming, with friendly staff who are always happy to help customers choose the perfect pizza or dish. The restaurant's commitment to using sustainable ingredients further adds to its appeal.
Overall, PickyWops is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious vegetarian or vegan food in London. With its creative menu, friendly staff, and cozy atmosphere, it's no wonder why this restaurant has become a favorite among locals and tourists alike.
