The Journey
Started in my back yard during lockdown with one simple idea: make the kind of burger I actually wanted to eat. No business plan, no trend chasing, no gimmicks, just a love for proper smash burgers inspired by the LA burger scene, shout out to the OGs .buff and many! 🙌🍔🫡
From the shed… to the van… to now serving at Greenford Quay.
Everything grew organically through word of mouth, support, long nights, mistakes, lessons and people genuinely rocking with the food.
