A little update on our Hamsey Green play area before we open our doors this Friday! 🧸☕️
We know lots of you have been excited to see the children’s play space, so we wanted to make one thing really clear before opening day…
The play area you’ll see from Friday 16th October is only our small teaser area for babies and toddlers under 3. It’s a little preview while we continue working behind the scenes on something much bigger. 🤍
And when we say bigger… we mean much bigger. 👀
Our main full-size play area is coming in December and will make use of the full size of our garden.. which is huge! 🌿✨ We’re planning a much larger space with climbing frames, plenty of room to explore and play, areas suitable for a wider range of ages, plus space for parties and more.
So please don’t think the smaller toddler area you see at opening is the finished result, it’s just the beginning. 🙌
For now, come and enjoy coffee, breakfast, cakes, food, gelato and our little toddler play area from Friday, and keep an eye on our page as we share more of what’s coming in December.
We genuinely can’t wait for you to see the full space once it’s finished. 💙

For driving/parking: Drive towards Croydon town centre and follow signs for East Croydon Station. Once at East Croydon Station, turn onto Addiscombe Road and follow it until you reach Barclay Road. Turn left onto Barclay Road and then left again onto Station Parade where the coffee shop is located. There are several paid parking options nearby including the Whitgift Centre Car Park and Q-Park Surrey Street Car Park.
