Tomorrow’s Provence wine dinner is finished off with our beautiful Apricot Financier & Lavender Crème Fraîche, served with Les Baux de Provence’s Château d’Estoublon Rosé, 2025.
It’s a fresh, gorgeous blend of Cinsault, Grenache Noir, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cépages Blancs, which bring out the apricot and lavender perfectly, and couldn’t be more Provence.

Introducing Château d’Estoublon’s Les Baux de Provence, a fresh and crunchy red that’s completely Provençal! As presented by the lovely Mari Juhasoo from and part of our 5-course Provence Wine Dinner on 23rd June.
It’s paired with perfectly grilled lamb rump, roasted courgettes, olives and mint, and is a real taste of summer.
