Feeling green? Come on down to Ganton Street to bare witness to our NETTLES, SPINACH & SHEEP MILK RICOTTA RAVIOLI.
Let me explain. First, the dough is made, into that dough we add nettles and spinach (hence the green) after that we add the ricotta.
Then the rest is maybe not safe for work.. those very pillows of cheese are doused in butter, parmesan and crispy sage leaves.
We recommend a side of focaccia to mop up the mess. And maybe a cheeky pinot grigio. Because it’s 5 o’clock somewhere. And there’s no judgment here if you don’t want to share.

Carbonara is BACK! 💙
This is the real deal - no cream, no shortcuts, no apologies. Just Mezze Maniche (short, ridged tubes that catch every bit of sauce, basically a delivery vehicle for joy), coated in a glossy, emulsified sauce of egg yolk and aged Pecorino Romano.
Then comes the guanciale - cured pig cheek, fattier and more flavourful than bacon or pancetta, rendered until it’s crispy at the edges and silky in the middle. A serious crack of black pepper ties it all together.
