Bold, rich and full of depth 🍤
Our King Prawn (Bazun Sipyan) features butterflied king prawns simmered in a spiced chilli oil curry, cooked using the traditional Burmese sipyan method — a technique that slowly reduces the sauce until the oil and spices return to the surface, intensifying the flavour.

Balachaung – one of Myanmar’s most iconic condiments: crispy dried shrimp, fried shallots, garlic and chilli.
Lahpet (fermented tea leaves) – a Burmese staple and key ingredient in tea leaf salad, from one of the few cultures where tea is eaten.
Garlic oil – a foundational Burmese flavour, drizzled over noodles, rice and salads for aroma and richness.

If you love vanilla, wait until you try pandan. 🌿
Often called “the vanilla of Southeast Asia”, pandan leaves are known for their naturally sweet, fragrant aroma. In our Pandan & Coconut Crème Brûlée, fresh pandan is infused into silky coconut custard, layered with jaggery sago and finished with a perfectly caramelised sugar top.
A delicate Burmese-inspired twist on a classic dessert.

Gin, orange curaçao, lime and bitters — bright, crisp, timeless.
First mixed at the legendary Pegu Club in 1880s Yangon, this refined gin classic has travelled far beyond its origins.
More than a simple gin sour, the addition of orange curaçao and bitters transformed it into a bright, refreshing escape from the tropical heat.
