A well overdue dinner at one of the best French restaurants in London.
I met Chef Franc during the tye workshops. He now one of the top three winners of the Pate en croute UK competition 2025. Second place specifically! We (me and ) had a beautiful evening. We indulged with his creations which, generously, kept coming to the table until the very last minute. Oh and we finished with some Jenepi shots just as we were about to wave goodbye and wish him HAPPY BIRTHDAY AND JOYEUX NOËL. Thank you and Agnes for the Lovely time, reception and exquisite food.

New product alert!
We now stock Gillot semi-salted butter roll with Normandy milk and Guérande salt crystals. As fine as butter can get!
If you are after a high quality, traditional French, hand patted, and luxurious taste then Gillot butter (demi sel) won’t disappoint you.
It reminds me a lot of Bordier butter. The taste and texture is equally premium.
