We've been busy behind the scenes, and things are starting to look rather lovely aboard The Milk Float.
Think bold colours, playful interiors, brilliant coffee, cocktails by the canal and a brand-new weekend brunch menu from the team behind Barge East. 🍳🥂
From a pork belly muffin with custard egg to harissa jammy eggs and toasted sourdough, we're bringing a little Barge East magic to your weekend mornings.

Our sister ship is getting a big, BIG makeover, and we're turning her into Hackney Wick's newest spot for seriously good weekend brunch, proper coffee, cocktails and a little something different by the water. 🥐☕🍸

We've only gone and done it AGAIN! Barge East has been awarded **Two AA Rosettes for Culinary Excellence for the FIFTH consecutive year!** 🥂
Five years of brilliant food, creative cooking and a whole lot of hard work from our incredible team. From the chefs making magic in the kitchen to our brilliant bar and front-of-house teams keeping the good times flowing, this one's for ALL of you! ❤️

We love growing our ingredients so the kitchen team can literally step outside and pick what they need, when it’s ready.

This is what autumn at Barge East looks like 🍐🌿
Apples, pears, plums, courgettes, rosemary, parsley, marjoram, lovage and nasturtiums, all grown and freshly picked from our Gardens.
What we grow changes with the seasons, and what you’ll find on our menu. This mornings crop is already making its way into dishes for service tonight.
Grown and picked here. Served to you. We can’t wait to share our autumn produce, book a table come aboard.
