We are still OPEN
As we are in the busiest period of the year, the team has been doing a banging job in staying on top of things
BUT we had no notification about the scaffolding installation and still awaiting confirmation on the timeline. One of our longtime regulars asked if it will impact us and we honestly don’t know
🤞🏽we are hoping to continue to serve our amazing regulars and people visiting the neighborhood

We have learned over the years that connecting all our machines to a water filter filtration system helps improve the quality of our coffee and maintains all our equipment from heavy scale built up
We have a reverse osmosis (RO) system connected to our coffee bar which helps prevents scale build up and extends the life of all our machines. We have no maintenance issues and only carry out regular cleaning process for upkeep
We do maintain and service our RO system but it’s worthwhile especially to prevent the considerable build up of scale over time
