To get to Rockingham Road in Uxbridge, you can take the Metropolitan or Piccadilly line to Uxbridge Station and then take the 222 bus towards West Drayton. Get off at the Hillingdon Circus stop and walk south on Rockingham Road for about 5 minutes.
If you are driving, take the M40 or A40 towards Uxbridge and exit onto Hillingdon Road. Turn onto Rockingham Road from Hillingdon Circus and park in one of the public parking lots nearby.
