Generally around 3PM is when I have my last coffee of the day. That’s when I start to slowly switch off. From then onward it’s all about the wine.

Thankfully here there’s an abundance of both.

The real McCoy. This is 100% organic certified Costa Rican whole cane sugar.

Ladies and Gentlemen I present to you the Matcha Green Velvet tea. Texturally thick, smooth and creamy but only if prepared correctly.

All teas have caffeine naturally within however the way our bodies absorb it is slightly different compared to coffee. Coffee is often a punch whereas Matcha is more of a slow and gentle release.

There is no caffeine hit with Matcha - just focus 😉
