For our latest menu design, .katz has created an overlapping composition of complementary forms and tastes, the elemental origins and shapes of a meal. She has also made a beautiful drinks menu.

As Allison describes it: ‘A hybrid rooster-fish calls and splashes inside moonlit waves while interwoven segments of citrus shine in the sun. The London skyline can be made out reflected on carrots, impossibly still in the earth, crowning the vast chain of events that link up to provide every miraculous plate of food.’’

The daily food menus are designed without type on the outside - you are welcome to take them home.

To make our 0% Strawberry Daiquiri we start by making a shrub overnight leaving strawberries and sugar to macerate. We then drain this and shake with lime juice and Mountain made from cherry blossom, rosemary & strawberries. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​When poured, the strawberries produce a natural foam to the drink and we garnish with lime peel.

For the first time this year we have partnered with winemaker Valerie Courreges on three Toklas cuvées - red, white and rosé. The wines have specially commissioned labels by artist Lubaina Himid, and are available from today to drink and to take away.

The wines are from Cotignac, Provence, and made using organic and biodynamic principles, from 40 year-old vines growing in clay and limestone soils. Fermentation takes place in small concrete tanks, using indigenous yeasts.
