Amazing find. Wife wanted me to find some place nice for a Sunday brunch and this is what I found. She was opposed to it but had no other option so we went. Not disappointed at all. Place has parking. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Waiters were friendly and the food, it was very high standards. We sat outside to soak in the lovely sunshine and can watch the planes and helicopters taking off and landing. Whole family enjoyed it thoroughly.

Great service, everything came quickly, food was amazing and lovely staff

This café has a truly unique location, offering fantastic views of planes landing and taking off right nearby. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who made us feel very welcome. The highlight, though, was the food. We enjoyed the Sunday roast, which the chef, Jean-Luc Sainlo, kindly adapted to meet our dietary requirements without compromising on quality or flavour. Compliments to the chef for such a delicious meal—we’ll definitely be back!

- Take the train to Elstree & Borehamwood Station.
- From the station, head southeast on Shenley Road towards Allum Lane.
- Continue straight onto Barnet Lane.
- Turn left onto Hogg Lane.
- The Aerodrome Cafe will be on your right.
Driving/Parking:
- If coming from the north, take the M1 and exit at junction 4 for Edgware/Barnet.
- Follow signs for A41 towards Watford/Elstree.
- Continue on A41 until you reach Elstree Hill South.
- Turn left onto Elstree Hill South and continue straight onto Barnet Lane.
- Turn right onto Hogg Lane.
- There is limited parking available at the Aerodrome Cafe.
