Guanabana a Caribbean smoke house serving oak smoked jerk chicken 🍗 all of our chicken is smoked in house! Traditionally jerk chicken is smoked with pimento wood however, it’s not regularly available in the uk so we use oak to give it a rich deep smokiness!
