Dalma loves this bean, she brews in a moka and drinks one before work. I like the Mexican as Filter. To be fair, I like it all filtered, friends and all.

Imagine, in our 90’a, we can all come together. A bunch of coffee drinkers, sat there laughing at tea drinkers. Proper, long-nailed-witch-finger-tapping style.

I hope all those enjoying are mingling and happy. Gutted I couldn’t be there!

- I’ve heard it in TED talks, I’ve heard people tell stories and I’ve told a few myself. About how positive it is to share stories, how people are made to tell stories and an interesting one I heard on a TED talk was that we live by stories.

In this particular TEDTalk, she said we limit our self with it. Is the narrative we give ourselves that encourages us to do better and on the contrary it is the narrative we give ourselves that discourages us from doing what we want.

I really do think ‘sharing stories’ is the best of humankind.

So on this grimy Saturday morning call a friend-it’s good to talk (BT that s**t), tell them an interesting story about something that happened this week, even better comment down below and let us know what your story is about.
