Envie d’un plat simple, économique et ultra gourmand ? Ces galettes de pommes de terre sont parfaites pour un déjeuner rapide ou un dîner léger 😍

📝 Ingrédients :

4 grosses pommes de terre

1 oignon moyen

1 œuf

2 cuillères à soupe de farine

Sel & poivre

Persil (optionnel)

Huile pour la cuisson

👨‍🍳 Préparation :

Épluche et râpe les pommes de terre. Presse-les bien pour enlever l’excès d’eau.

Râpe l’oignon et mélange avec les pommes de terre.

Ajoute l’œuf, la farine, le sel, le poivre et le persil. Mélange bien.

Forme des petites galettes avec tes mains.

Fais chauffer l’huile dans une poêle.
