📝 Ingrédients :
4 grosses pommes de terre
1 oignon moyen
1 œuf
2 cuillères à soupe de farine
Sel & poivre
Persil (optionnel)
Huile pour la cuisson
👨🍳 Préparation :
Épluche et râpe les pommes de terre. Presse-les bien pour enlever l’excès d’eau.
