Did you know we cure all of our bacon in house? Head Chef Anastasios uses a secret mix to coat huge slabs of pork belly, then slowly roasts until golden. The fat marbling bastes the meat and keeps everything lovely and succulent. We like to cut thick slices to really show off the quality of the product and offer you a breakfast or brunch of champions!
