Hello Everyone I am making Gajar ka halwa commonly known as Gajrela in North India on (23dec &24th Dec ). This is made from Indian red carrots, very flavourful and tasty.
Contains - Carrots, almonds, cashews, pistachios, melon seeds, khoya/mava(Home made), sugar , and saffron.
