Founded by Culainn & Lea, just north of London in Welwyn, Conscious Coffee was born from a love of connection, transparency & flavour. 🌍
Their story began in 2021, when Culainn travelled through South America — especially Peru — meeting producers, taking coffee courses, and learning the craft (even through pandemic restrictions!). What started with sourcing beans directly from Peruvian farmers has since grown to include partnerships in Bolivia, Ecuador & Colombia.
Built on direct trade, transparency and organic growth, Conscious Coffee is all about doing coffee right — from farm to cup. 🙌

🌸 Rumudamo, Ethiopia — natural; strawberry, pineapple & floral
🍊 Luis Lopez, Guatemala — washed; blackberry, orange zest & caramel
🍑 Peachy Keen, Colombia — from the collab, a multi-stage fermentation with ripe peach — basically sunshine in a cup 🌞
*Co-fermentation is a modern fermentation technique that pairs coffee with extra substrates or microbes to amplify sweetness, fruitiness & complexity in the cup.

Get off at the East Barnet Village stop and walk two blocks west. Alternatively, from the M25 motorway, take the exit for Southgate and follow signs for East Barnet. The coffee shop is located on East Barnet Road near the intersection with Brookhill Road. Limited parking is available on nearby residential streets.
